President Putin arrived in Mongolia and freely left the airport in a motorcade. As a member state to the ICC, Mongolia should have arrested Putin on arrival in compliance with his arrest warrant – September 2024

  1. Yeah, what is Mongolia going to do, risk a war with Russia or china?
Little they can do in this instance to be fair.

  2. Perhaps they know its the muppet-Putin who likes hugs, while the real bunker boy is at his dacha.

  3. He knows what he is doing. Visiting a country that can do nothing against him. Mongolia does not have the resources to arrest him, it would immediately bring this country in big trouble.

I hope Putin’s plane crashes when he returns home.

  4. ICC arrest warrants are a joke. No nation actually cares about them. This is not surprising to anyone who knows how international law works.

  5. Mongolia was playing possum
Welp they are done with that strategy. I guess they want to be entertained.

  6. To bad there wasn’t a CAR-BOMB wired to that limo.

Thats my thoughts while watching video and reading title of thread. Glory to Ukraine

  7. They got wind it wasn’t Putin, just one of his many stand-ins and he wanted to see how Mongolia would react.

  8. End of the international rules based order. Back to Great Power Cold War 2 between East and West.

  9. It’s incredibly unfair to ask Mongolia to do something not even the United States would do, they wouldn’t stand a chance and the world wouldn’t come to their aid like it has with ukraine to help them out if russia started attacking, which of course it would to not only release putin but to also send a message.

  10. We cannot reasonably expect Mongolia to have acted! And this was obviously known beforehand.

Tell you what though: Mongolia would be uniquely elevated in respect if were able to show that it could abide by its signed word in this world. Geopolitically, it is clear that there is not much Mongolia can do.

  11. I am reading that Mongolia is not a member of the ICC and didn’t ratified the Rome statute, so they’re not enforced to apply the warrant arrest? 🤔
