  1. Think it’s just their specific scenario of going down to a league outside the premier leagues jurisdiction. So they are unable to be punished. And I bet the premier league can’t punishment this season because they haven’t had a season back in the league to break PSR.

    It’s an absolute mess tbh. Anyone expecting to go down is now encouraged to spend because PSR can’t catch you in the championship or when you come back.

    If they were already deemed to be in the EFL, then, can the EFL deduct them 10 points off last season’s total and bring them back down?

    The whole thing is a joke. All club accounting periods need to align with each other, and a league cut off point.
