Are you rounding to the nearest 10% or something? Because 100% of children will definitely not reach 10 years old. Car accidents, cancer, SIDS…
This makes no sense. Is it assuming there are absolutely no scientific and medical advances that allow for prolonged life 90 years from now?
You’d need to look at median mortality age throughout the years, it’s not stagnant.
Imagine being a 90-year old man, and having 1% chance of making it to 100. Wow.
It’s hard to tell exact numbers because of slightly increasing life expectation.
