This fellow is talking warm male cow effluent. Using words like "stalemate" to the carnage that Ukraine is suffering, shows how disconnected he and members of his ilk in DC are. Ukraine is literally on the verge of collapse in the Donbas, while Russia is annihilating the contained Ukrainian (and foreign) operators in Kursk. Russia in Kursk, is like shooting fish in a fish-bowl.
