Scotland 2-3 Poland: ‘Capacity for self-sabotage delivers fresh horror’

Pish.
Feel like any positivity around the national team has died a death once again, back to the same old routine.
A loss is a loss, I suppose, and folk are entitled to their opinion.
Personally, I’d much rather see us play like that and lose than watch us piss about with 30% of the ball, creating nothing, constantly on the back foot and grinding out a boring draw or narrow loss.
We moved the ball around well, controlled long periods of the game, got up the park loads and offered some attacking threat, and even won a few decent free kicks in good areas.
Plenty of work to do but, aside from the scoreline, I really enjoyed watching us play like that. If we can sort out this tendency for the odd amateurish mistake, we’ll be in a great place.
