13. Just to be clear no one has been sacked or quit. In order to change roles ministers are required to offer their resignation first to parliament who then vote on it. One resignation was actually rejected this morning.
    All of these resignees will move to new posts shortly if agreed to by parliament.
    Spinning this to sound like disaffection will only work with those who do not know how the Ukrainian Parliamentary system works.
