I am in doubt
I am planning to pursue bachelors in germany after 1 year of bachelors in india. I am for some personal reasons planning to do 1st year of bachelors in distance mode in india, from an (h+ on anabin) ugc accredited university and UGC AND DEB recognised course. I am just unsure that will i be eligible for studying in germany or not in my case. Like, Would they consider my 1st year or 13th year of education if its in distance mode.

Which German university offers ‘learning in distance mode’ that isn’t a private degree mill?

If the university/ degree is accredited and labelled as H+ on amazing you should not run into many problems when applying fro APS and universities.
