  1. Gotta love how AirBaltic rolled with the joke instead of discarding the result as these online votes to name something usually end. They’re like, okay, you guys asked for it, so not only will we actually name the plane like that, but we’ll also make sure this plane will fly your way.

  2. I didn’t get the joke behind “The Estonian city of Püssi, whose name can also provoke giggles in Czech, secured the second position” when I read it, I’m taking the giggles come from the word as if it were English rather than Czech?

  4. This is like John Oliver launching a campaign for Puteketeke to become New Zealand’s bird of the century and getting votes from more countries than there are member states in the United Nations. The organisers also just ran with it and decided to keep all the votes, including over 30 different people voting under the name “John Oliver”.
