4. Israel using children as human shields 31 times in 24 years is a drop in the bucket for how many times Hamas has done so. For sure Israel should stop, but systemic is a stretch and only two documented cases in the current war makes the issue a lot less urgent than, say, getting Hamas to stop using children as human shields by destroying Hamas.
