I would find it more useful if disposable income was measured by how much stuff a person can buy. The dollar values in the chart mean basically nothing to me. But if you said that a person in the USA can pay for X movie tickets or Y restaurant meals with their disposable income par month, then that would be something that I could compare myself with.
