  1. One of the best Polish hockey teams and current Polish champion, Unia Oświęcim, is from Auschwitz (now called Oświęcim) and they played a match in Hockey Champions League with Eisbaren Berlin. Polish fans came up with an unorthodox way to say “welcome”. 😛

  2. Then proceeded to get their ass kicked almost as hard as in 1939.

  3. Friendship with Polen ended, now I’m besties with France again

  4. Remind me why the Polish flair on this sub is “Bully with a victim complex” again?

  5. So, when redditors write this on 2we4u its prime fun, but *this* is *muh*? WTF

  6. Is this a welcome or a non welcome?
Poland can you be a bit more specific?

  7. these poor players born in the 80s to 00s didn’t even know yet what crime they committed

  8. Eh, shouldn’t they use black-white-red at least? Not impressed.

  9. Poland oh so hard want Silesia and with it Auschwitz. It’s a Polish death camp now.

  10. boohoo we not only let Berlin exist but finance its disgusting existence, for sure that is a bigger crime towards humanity.

  11. Ah yes, the players are obiously at fault for that

  12. Writing it in English for the added coincidental reminder that they lost

  13. Between the descendant of random germans who were probably nowhere near auschwitz during ww2 and the descendants of those who lived next to it the former is certainly not the ones who should be ashamed of their ancestors.

  14. Fucking idiots, people that didn’t suffer the war berating people that wasn’t born when it all happened. What fucking sense does that make.

  15. This is obviously directed at English speaking (natively) countries otherwise it would be in German. The whole Polish death camps story originated in an English speaking country anyway. Don’t let the Anglos divide us PL🤝DE

  16. Can you really blame something on someone who wasn’t even alive at the time?

  17. Weird. This sub is constantly swarmed by Poles to let everyone know they are “Central European”, yet on a post like this they somehow don’t show up.
