Falling gas prices are yet another blow to the Trump campaign. Trump has been using gas prices to attack Vice President Harris. But gas prices have declined steadily for the last five months. There are now 10 states with gasoline averages below $3 a gallon.

1. I’m not sure gas prices are a big issue in this election. Trump will just say how prices still will be much lower if he wins. The actual price history won’t matter. He still promotes “drill baby drill” despite the fact that the US is already by far the #1 oil & gas producer in the world. My theory of his support comes down to the economy, inflation, and immigration. And that people are voting for the Trump of 10 years ago rather than the real one now.

2. Food is expensive. Fix that.

   Gas was just a distraction to rile up the people.

   Gasoline has hardly any inflation over 10 years.

   Food on the other hand is trending up, and people must eat.
