You not entered a house number.
Maybe check our wiki for other providers (or check the local one in your area). DB seems to be prone for a lot of problems.
Keep in mind that there are dozens of companies that sell the Deutschlandticket. If DB doesn’t work for you may just choose a different vendor for your own convenience.
A couple of weeks ago I wanted to make a contract with a big German Internet provider.
I entered my legitimate address and got a similar response.
After calling the support: yeah, you have to try it 5 more times and it will work.
Use HVV switch much more convenient.
With those automated masks it’s usually not a spelled out Straße, but only a Str. So in your case it should be Gymnasiumstr.
For some reason this is a real issue with many websites where they ask for street names and not handled at all. Has been driving me crazy for a long time.
What is wrong is you have done a fundamental mistake: Buying the ticket using incompetent Deutsche Bahn.
Buy the ticket elsewhere like on Deutschlandsticket app.
