I’ve seen estimates of 30k inducted into the Russian military a month and about 1,000 killed daily leaving them at the same strength in any given month. That seems to be the consensus estimates.
It’s like having a 9/11 worth of casualties every 4 to 5 days and it seems it doesn’t have any effect in Russia whatsoever and Russia has half the population the USA has
