I am not surprised, the bridge has some pretty major structural issues that has resulted in severe weight restrictions for rail and road transport. After the destruction of so many landing craft and all the rail ferries, those weight limits have been relaxed a little, and I think it is only a matter of time before it collapses under the load of a train with one carriage too many.
This, and the air defence systems tied up protecting it is probably the main reason the Ukrainians have left it standing.
Time for mercy killing. Don’t let that bridge suffer unnecessarily..
