Renting focus Group for Under 30’s

A few weeks ago I posted our survey on renting in Wales. We're following that up with some focus groups. Details are below.

End Youth homelessness Cymru is undertaking research into young people's experience of renting in Wales. As part of this we will be conducting a series of focus groups to understand both the good and bad of renting in Wales. We are particularly interested in young people's experience of accessing rented properties, the cost, their knowledge of their rights and their sense of stability in their housing.

This is to help us and our partners better understand the current housing needs of young people in Wales. This will help inform our approach to tackling youth homelessness.

We are looking for young people who:
Are aged 16-30.
Have experience of renting in Wales. This can be in the private rented sector, social renting, council renting or informal renting.

Sessions can be found on the link below and will take around 1 hour. There will be a £10 voucher as a thank you for taking part.
