The Nazis used scorched earth as they retreated because they didn’t care about those who stayed behind. The Russians use scorched earth as they advance and against those they “liberate”. The Wehrmacht was part of the repressive apparatus and was involved in many crimes. The Russians don’t have an ounce of soldier’s honor and behave as if they were members of the SS. Cynicism, hatred and fear are the only feelings for a Russian and you see it everywhere
That is clearly a market, not a structure, not storage, not industrial war production. A very crowded civilian common space specifically targeted, again.
Now that Iranian MRBMs/IRBMs have arrived in Russia, I think it’s time for the US to finally take the muzzle off the ATACMSs

I think that’s a drone and judging by the explosion size there was probably ammo inside. They would need a 2 ton bomb for that kind of explosion.
