Is it wrong to be quite excited to find this on my way home from work? Must be over 30 years old and in near perfect condition

Found at the side of the pavement, my theory is that it had been shoved up a drain pipe by a school boy many years ago and blasted free by the recent heavy rain…. who knows?!
