The voice is saying in Russian with Russian (not Ukrainian) accent: “For small money, we organized a large process of killing Russians. This is an incredibly effective investment that was impossible to imagine…” Not sure where it’s from.

This war keeps on delivering spectacular footage
Doesn’t seem like there is a lot of point riding on top of a BMP to protect yourself from mines if the BMP is full of mines.
