About running he says plural, so either there is multiple people there or he means Russians in general, which is quite funny to not provide bunkers in the capital during wartime. And then he talks about the drone flying from a specific direction, though he also implies there might be multiple drones.
In case anyone is interested in translation. Not much being said really.

I’m all for Ukraine and understand that the situation is very dire and actions against civilians are not good. I know this take isn’t very popular but still, if they don’t have a gun in their hands I do not like this. You can not criticize Russian actions and hit civilians yourself and cheer about it.
