Hi guys, i just moved to this new apartment and the radiator makes like a whistling sound when turned off. It’s very subtle but very annoying at night, I cannot sleep. Any idea if thats normal? Also, do I need to change that white knob and replace it with a the normal ones that have numbers on? I don’t know why the landlord left it with this white things that have only + and -. I’m new to this country so excuse me if the question is too obvious. Thanks.
