  1. For those that don’t want to use that dog shit website:

    It is sooner than expected

The hearing date over Manchester City’s alleged 115 breaches has been set and it is sooner than anticipated.

City have been accused of financial irregularities over nine years from 2009 and the biggest punishment if found guilty is relegation.

Points deductions and fines are also possible penalties.

The League has previously charged City with a failure to provide accurate financial information and a failure to provide accurate details for players and manager payments.

And now it has been announced as per Mail Sport that the hearing date is reportedly on Monday.

It was previously reported that the hearing would begin in September and now it is just a matter of days.

City are currently on the charge for their fifth-successive title after a faultless start to the season.

Erling Haaland has already began the campaign in his usual terrific form – bagging back-to-back hat-tricks versus West Ham United and Ipswich Town.

Manager Pep Guardiola confirmed that ‘pre season was over’, despite a terrific start to the season. Scary.

Guardiola’s side also want to reclaim the elusive Champions League, after they first won the most sought-after prize in club football during the 2022/23 season.

  2. When the case is over, “We are sorry about the case as Man City did nothing wrong. As such, we will give Man City 10 Points from Everton.”-Premier League

  3. Save a click:

*“It has been announced as per Mail Sport that the hearing date is reportedly on Monday.”*

  4. There will be 6 venue change requests, 3 key people get Covid, multiple side quest style objections and we’ll finally finish this up sometime in 2030 with a ruling that they can sell themselves a hotel to cover it.

  5. I can’t see how they can truly punish City. Premier leagues powers are being eroded by greedy clubs at this point and the FA don’t seem to care. Facts are City’s manipulation of the rules have brought the game into disrepute but they will technically be let off. Fines won’t solve this, need expulsion and owners sanctioned.

  6. I’m sure this date will move numerous times and eventually be forgotten about.

The eventual result will be some measly fine and a points deduction for Everton.

  7. When you are dealing with this amount of money that these owners possess, there is 100% chance of under the table payoffs and/or death threats.

  8. I’m hoping that this is just shit reporting, and it’s actually scheduled in for more than one day… Be even more of a joke if they believe they can take this seriously and hear “prosecution” and defence on Monday..!

  9. can they fuck off and just get to it man, i swear this “hearing date set” headline has been repeated for months at this point

  10. It’s about fucking time. Have the hearing, deduct 15 points from Everton, and let’s move the fuck on. We all know that there’s no way they punish City, but we’re all tired of hearing about this every couple of days.

  11. Nothing to see here. Lessons will be learnt, root and branch investigations will take place. Slap on the wrists all round and told not to do it again. Brand is everything. You can’t damage the brand so you can’t damage the current league winners/owners.

  12. Can we clarify something here? This hearing is the Premier League versus City. Premier League against City. The PL is trying to impose its rules on City & City are exercising their legal right to argue those rules.

**It will not be up to the PL whether City will be punished. The PL wants to punish City. City are saying *”no you can’t punish us”*.**

It will be up to an independent arbiter to decide whether City will be punished.
