One of the things that I noticed in Sweden was the high honesty that the Swedes have. For example, you have available stuff everywhere and people take with care, like free tea at IKEA or free jackets in the Winter. You fill your own taxes, etc. What made Sweden back in the day that they are so good socially and economically, that they felt that they needed to retribute to the world and open their borders for asylum seekers and refugees? It’s a geuine question, you wouldn’t think that there was a high chance of failing in teaching your honest values to foreigners from an opposite culture? Typicially fanatics, sexist, violent, etc?
