I get one of these maybe twice a week, they always have spelling mistakes and missed spaces too.

  1. had some a few weeks ago, originally used there own domain but after the first 2 they switched to these URL shorteners

also maybe good idea to blur out the URL to avoid people going to it incase its malicious itself

  2. Yeah I get the nation wide ones, I don’t even bank with them lol! I’m sure it’s just AI scamming people ready for the robot uprising!

  3. They’re easy to spot, I don’t expect any helpful comms from Evri – instead they entertain me with regular games of Find the Package

  4. No. But I call from “Immigration” today and the message repeated in Chinese. Not at all sure what the angle is with that one.

  5. All of mine have gone into the “spam and blocked” folder in Google messages.

I’ve never had one actually get past the spam filter, so far.

  6. Half of mine are about ‘Simon’ attempting to deliver. He must be the unluckiest delivery driver around 😔

  7. I’ve noticed a ridiculous rise in the amount of spam emails that are getting past the filter. I get 20+ a day now

  8. I had a royal mail one yesterday, wife works for royal mail so I know what to look for, but the website they used is fairly convincing, keep your eyes peeled people

  9. I get them but I never get notified because they automatically move to the spam folder which is bloody handy. What gets me is using a normal mobile number so i’m guessing stolen phones? Couldn’t police actually track these?

  10. I am getting Royal Mail texts too. Way more scam texts in general. It’s getting to the point that you have to assume all are scams now.

  11. I got five in one day this week. Two Evri’s, a DPD, a parking fine and an EE missed bill text.

All five in one day, nothing for weeks prior and nothing since! So weird.

  12. Think I get at least two a week. Sometimes more, especially closer to big holidays like easter and christmas.

  13. Not really as my phone seems to do a fantastic job of auto-blocking spam and I don’t even see it anymore.

  14. I get similar message from the USPS for my address is Florida. I know it is a scam I just thought you’d like to know it is either a multinational operation or one group of idiots imitating another group of idiots.

  15. They often kick up around this time of year because everyone’s starting to order stuff for Halloween and Christmas. Many packages are going through the system so it’s easy to slip these texts into the mix and catch people off guard because they’re more likely to be expecting parcels.
