5. These are only floating rocket launch sites. For air defense, they need protection from other ships, which is what the Moskva was primarily responsible for in the Black Sea. It’s complete nonsense to send them out on their own, they won’t survive an hour in a real conflict with Finland

18. The small part of me that wants to rip the bandaid off and expand the war is really curious to watch the about 6-12 hrs that the Russian navy would last vs NATO.

This historic deployment cost the Russian household a couple of million in dollars US because one day of operations of such a vessel costs 50-60k (if not more). 10 days of just swimming through the waters for no reason is 500k in dollars US.
