Interesting how he doesn't mention the plain fact that Russia attacked Ukraine after 1) Ukraine gave up its nuclear capabilities to become independent 2) Ukraine already gave up lands that Russia wanted to take back due to the claimed Russian majority in Crimea 3) Russia's only justification to that blatant attack was to 'denazify Ukraine' and push out a possible expansion by NATO 4) Russia thought that it would be easy to take over the rest of Ukraine. I would say he ran more like a puppet than a dog..
