Clarification: Sweden will send her remaining PBV302, units that have been in storage for about 10 years or longer. There will be about 100 such vehicles donated to Ukraine, not 600. The rest were scrapped after decommission.
The Gripen parts were ordered for Sweden's use. They will be used to construct new Gripen E fighters, and because Sweden is buying so many new parts there MIGHT not be a need to dismantle as many older Gripen C fighters to build new E models, as previously thought. These older C-versions that are not needed might one day be donated to Ukraine.
