  1. BMI isn't flawless and it isn't "the" definitive way to get an idea if yout body health…..

    …..but it's also not not a reasonable indicator.

    If you are carrying extra fat, your bmi will tend to be higher.
    If you are underweight, your bmi will tend to be lower.

  2. Its stupid. According to my bmi i am obese at 85kg and 1.82m. Once i dropped to 77kg it said i was at good weight, everyone thought i was on drugs or contracted a disease. Its not meant for everyone but its used almost as a standard metric.
