SNP Government refuses to publish minutes of meeting with Israeli ambassador

I can agree with this, diplomatic stuff is kinda thing that is A UK government policies and such. Scots government are not in their lane on this one to make policy.
B, it can effect things, internationally and on much higher levels tha UK government…so let’s not rock international boats.
C. International law has a bunch of things regarding diplomatic rules. And I imagine confidentiality is written ot very much unwritten.
