  1. Alot of these huge graves are from the work houses, children and babies were taken from their mom's into the children's workhouse where the majority died, unmarried mother's were told the baby died at birth. Disabled babies were left to die in the cold room unattended.😢🌹

  2. They died all at the same time? A 12×12 ft spot would be hard to burry 300 babies even if you dug a new spot each time. There are 144 square feet of surface area, times the depth.
Who knows what happened in a place that has a red dragon on it's coat of arms.

  3. God speaks often of His tremendous affection for the unborn and the children made in His image.
There are approximately 70,000,000 babies slaughtered in the womb each year. Countless more are sacrificed to a decadent world that hates the image of God whom these young ones reflect.
Do not be deceived. We reap what we sow.
God is rich in mercy and slow to anger…
    but judgment will come.
    Most assuredly.

  4. In 2021 over 200,000 babies were aborted, about one for every two that are born.A death rate of 33%.(Not even war has such a fatality rate). In past history the percentage would be higher.Don’t worry about what’s done with the bodies, after, worry about how such a thing is allowed in civilised society,in the first place!

  5. Reading the comments is just heartbreaking and I'm so sorry mothers and families were put through what they were. It's inhumane to bury children and not tell mothers and family where they are. Just like it was cruel to send unmarried mothers to baby homes and be forced to give up their children. The past has been extremely cruel to mothers in this country. As a mother myself you cant even begin to imagine what women went through. Heartbreaking.

  6. I cannot understand why there is an attempt to sensationalise this. It was common practice.
I am aware there are many people in the comments who experienced grief at still birth babies who were then buried this way, and I make no attempt to quantify their grief. They have my deepest sympathy at what would have been an absolutely tragic loss.

I do however take issue with this being presented in the video as something that was not established standard practice, when that is exactly what it was.
The danger with presenting it that way is that it then paints a wholly incorrect picture for those who are young enough not to have knowledge that this was how things used to be, or people who regardless of age were simply not aware.

This practice may have led to extended and or delayed grief in a many cases, along with a lack of closure that a normal funeral service can help aid with in the grieving process. In recognition of that processes and options available have changed significantly since then. Councils in England offer a free of charge burial (in an individual plot) which can then have a headstone on or a cremation as per the parents wishes through the Child Funeral Fund. They are not unwitnessed either, they are the same as any Normal funerals with family in attendance. An attempt to sensationalise the formerly established practice of communal graves with no service, or burial with another person, is however a ridiculous example of "News".

  7. I lost my baby in 2007 and thankfully this is not the same now. I was given a choice to arrange my own funeral for him or to have him cremated with other babies and they gave is the location, date and time of the cremation so we could attend if we wanted where there would be a service held. In the end I planned my own funeral, but for people who can’t afford this, at least these days there is another option.

  8. My deepest sympathies go out to all who’ve endured this 😔. By speaking of your babies/family here they are now known. I didn’t know this happened 😢, I’ll never forget now ❣️🧸💫🌹

  9. This was and often still is how stillborn human remains are buried. There is usually a dedicated service several times a year. But it's important to involve parents and let them know their baby's remains will be treated with respect and buried with other babies, and won't be treated like discarded material (a common misunderstanding unless families are informed otherwise.) Information is respect unless they specifically ask not to know.

  10. There is a special place in hell for the people involved in this horrible practice. Since the babies/children were buried many years ago, we can only hope those people are still suffering in their hell. And if this is a religious/church cemetery, please make that public and ask for their public apology and accountability. 😢😢😢
