Before Lulu won the election he was talking all kinds of crap about Ukraine and was basically telling the world he was Pro Russia in the conflict. Brazilians elected him anyways but I really don’t blame them considering their options. Point being that this behavior was expected, Brazil is concerned about their fertilizer imports which their entire agriculture system relies upon. Also that Lulu is less about morals and more about money.
Lulu has committed Brazil to Brics so they can’t go against Russia.
