Needs to put his money where his mouth is, put pressure on Russia to trade for captured Chechens, then execute them. I am sure the blood feuds will do wonder for the local politics

I am British, and I agree. But it is better than they surrender than fight, possibly killing Ukrainians.
However, the purpose of his message is to stop more of his guys surrendering.
Probably would be clearer if the title said WHAT special forces commander said this. The title as is is nothing but clickbait so people have to figure out if it was a Russian, Ukrainian, or in this case Chechen special forces commander.
