  1. Turn off the water – turn the screen below (I am assuming that this is the valve for the pipe). Buy some PTFE tape from Prisma, K-rauta, and wrap that around the threat of the black part – maybe one or two rounds. Then screw the flexible pipe back carefully. The PTFE tape will make the seal water tight. Turn on the water again.

Take a look at this: [https://youtu.be/oiEJx28oAsw](https://youtu.be/oiEJx28oAsw)

If you have a maintenance agreement then they should do this.

  2. It should not be tight (as in, it’s supposed to be hand-installed). You can buy replacement hoses from most bigger stores such as Prisma.

  3. If you live in renting company house then maintenance will get new parts and change it. If you live by rent from private owner then you should contact him/her and they provide you with the part. If you rent from private owner maintenance probably won’t help cause then they have to charge you for the job. If you are willing to pay then they do it.

  4. Call your apartment complex’s maintenance company. All plumbing problems should be handled by them directly or with their co-operation.
