Will my deposit be cut for any of these damages? Should I try fixing it myself?

The damages shown here were present since before I moved in, yet I have no way of proving it since I didn't take any pictures on the day of the move-in (I know, very stupid). I'm worried my landlord might deduct a large amount from my kaution because of this. Should I try and fix it myself? Fill in the floor with epoxy or something?

The shower works fine by the way, just some cracks that doesn't affect the functionality at all. I know the shower head is old though, because the brand has since changed logos. That means I also can't just change the shower head and pretend it was like that from the start.

How much can they charge me and can I dispute possible unreasonable claims?
