Russia is prepping for 2025 to be a decisive year for the war. There should be severe doubts that Ukraine can sustain another year of defending the lines in the war when they are already faltering.

Ukraine will win the attrition war if they can hold on for four years! The Russian war machine without key western components is simply breaking down.

And that’s assuming it’s actually true. Russia has also supposedly increased the number of its T-14s but they’re so stealthy no one can see them.

This article isn’t about actual manpower that has been recruited, it’s about on paper maximum size of the armed forces and plans to recruit more.
My understanding of this article is that this is increase on paper?
I.e Russia increases number of units, but didn’t fill those spots yet
