Unfortunately, looking at the amount of blood there, I highly suspected this was done while that Ukrainian soldier is still alive.

Thus he encourages every Ukrainian soldier to never surrender and to fight even in the worst situations. Executing captured soldiers is never a smart thing to do.

I bought this same sword as a teenager in 2003. It was just a fake display sword with double blunt edges and a dull tip. They would have had to put a lot of work and muscle into this to get it that into him. Granted it wasn’t much longer than what’s shown, so it’s probably only in a little bit. They killed him with something else, then forced this into him for the photo op.
What dose it say on the sword? Rest easy soldier thank you for your sacrifice 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦
