Dm has sent my packet but I didn’t get the phone call, so my packet was sent to packet center, and I don’t know what to do to resend my packet back… does anyone know what to do?

If you read the historically first message you can see that the package cannot be delivered according to DHL T&C and was returned to DM, not you.
My guess is something leaked out, hence not complying with DHL requirements anymore.
