I’m not one for conspiracy theories but the only logical explanation I can come for this and quite a few other case like this where they get off with shit that I’ve seen over the years is that this is widespread and endemic in the police. These decisions could be made to ensure this information stays hidden. A suspended sentence and a note from the judge that it would be custodial if he did it while on the job makes no sense, it’s not like he stopped wanting to fuck dogs because he was at work. One of the most concerning parts of this is that he’s a pedo and he’s completely got away with that with no monitoring at all.
