Chancenkarte … On Unemployment?

My situation — worked for 3 years on a Visa Blue (still on it) but left my job due to general unhappiness/stress.

My visa blue expires in a couple months and while I've been searching for a new job, it hasn't materialized yet. I'm currently collecting unemployment benefits (Arbeitslosengeld).

I'm considering applying for the new Chancenkarte visa but I'm worried that collecting unemployment will be a problem for the application.

I saw this:

which I think says it's ok. But I'm not 💯.

Does anyone know definitively or tried to get this visa while on unemployment?
