1. Not sure why this hunting isn’t open year round. But on private property it is.

2. Reminds me of the Cobra Effect about that time in India when a bounty was placed on cobras so locals started breeding them instead of hunting them to make money. 

   Obviously a short term contest like this shouldn’t have a perverse incentive effect though.
