That’s heartbreaking to see, I’m so sorry. Knowing the Polish work ethic, the debris will be gone by next month. But it will take much longer for everything to be restored, as the damage goes much deeper.
I do hope some measures can be put in place to prevent this from happening again. After a similar disaster in the Netherlands, the country took measures that would give rivers and creeks much more room to cope with the water.
