The reasons for the evacuation have not been officially announced. According to the officials, a fire broke out in the city “due to the fall of the wreckage of an unmanned aerial vehicle during the repulse of an attack by air defense forces”, and in order to “ensure safety” the townspeople decided to evacuate.
