States have until September 30th to spend their emergency education funds. How much have they spent so far? [OC]

2. Not uncommon, October is when all the shiny new stuff appears to replace the decrepit 5 year old stuff. People see it as oh they are wasting so much money now! But really it is ok we have kept our budget and in order to not lose it lets take care of XYZ from the laundry list of items.

3. What is an emergency education fund? Is that something left over from the pandemic, or just an annual thing?

   I can’t tell much from this scale, other than Wyoming has spent close to 0 and Iowa has spent most of theirs. The colors don’t show gradation well, at least for me. I’m told I don’t distinguish green from blue very well. And the bar key is so long — I just can’t tell what the percentage was (3/4 of the way through the fiscal year) for a given state.

   Sorry but I get no useful information from this.
