Price will depend on what grade you get. Whatever you get, make sure it is fire rated and appropriate for cladding buildings (as opposed to making signage for example).
With both types, the key thing to watch is the installation. There are specific ways to install these panels to ensure performance and longevity. Because in Cyprus being a builder requires 0 qualifications or knowledge, it’s common for cladding panels to be just randomly screwed in wherever it’s convenient without insulation or proper backing etc. so it looks nice for the first couple years and then starts turning to ass.
Both good and time proven options. Alucobond is more pricey. Get some quotations instead of relying on word of mouth. If money isn’t a big factor choose based on personal preference.
The creativity of the architecture is similar to the era of Easter Europe.
