  1. “He was charged with exposure at the magistrates, but the offence was amended to outraging public decency, a less serious offence, when he arrived at the crown court.”

Good job lads, let’s go easy on the “meth addict sex pest” trying to expose themselves to primary school children.

  2. Plenty of people willing to sort that itchy bum problem for him in prison, if only our justice system didn’t only punish those who commit crimes in which wealthy people or the state lose money.

  3. Judge said he was a risk to the public, given his list of previous offences, then sends him down for a total of….. 27 fucking weeks.

    Wth….

  4. *The staff members called police, who later found the 40-year-old armed with an underwear magazine and a needle containing crystal meth. Jannati said he had plans to masturbate, aided by the panty mag.*

The best laid plans of methheads and men…

  5. Ah, the Yellow Bastard. I remember this guy.

His career took a sharp turn after the cameo in *Sin City*.

    So sad.

  6. Sometimes when I have an itchy bum I just scratch it. What I don’t do is go to a local primary school and look at kids while doing it.

  7. >Jannati, of Charlwood Street in Pimlico

Remember, we might have an acute housing crisis, but it’s very important that we continue to house repeat sexual and knife offenders in the middle of London because… because of reasons!

  8. Ancient Chinese proverb:

The man who goes to bed with an itchy bum wakes up with a smelly finger.

  9. Once again, the courts shows utter disdain for women and children, via outdated and unfair sentencing guidelines.

It’s commonly understood that offences like these are a sign of further escalation and more serious offences down the line.

Individuals like this _need_ to be removed from society as they start to present a risk. They _need_ to suffer consequences for this type of behaviour.

It’s too late to wait until he molests a child and only then impose a harsher sentence. Because a life (or lives) will be ruined.

We’ve seen it happen over and over again and the general public are sick of it.

If a criminal justice system doesn’t protect and serve the most vulnerable in society (which children are), then what’s the point in abiding by the rule of law? Trust and respect breaks down entirely.

Sentencing guidelines for VAWG and more generally, children, needs an urgent overview.

  10. A porn addict wanking to an underwear catalogue like it’s the 1980s isn’t adding up for me. Definitely a cover for what he’s actually getting off on.

  11. He previously had a suspended sentence of 12 months for burglary? They gave me 2 years for trying to kill myself when I was in a depression spiral. I don’t understand the legal logic of this country.

  12. So we literally have refugees/immigrants hiding in bushes naked outside a primary school ?

At what point do you say enough is enough ? Diversity is our strength ?
