  1. reminds me of a time, about 6 years ago. i worked in tescos. the store i worked in was opening a new bake off bakery. they installed all the equipment and delivered all the goods. the day before we were going to have a grand opening, we were baking some stuff to have on the shelves, ready to go. someone opened the oven to remove some bread and sprinklers immediately triggered and started flooding the kitchen. some genius had decided it would be a good idea to install an oven directly beneath a sprinkler and another genius signed it off. the kitchen was upstairs from the main shop floor so it flooded the main shop floor below too and a couple flats that were next door.

  2. Am I wrong or don’t the fridges has blinds that roll down so they can be sealed at night to save energy when the store is closed? Surely at the signs of the first drips of water you’d close them.
