Putin’s depleted armies will ‘run out of equipment within 18 months’ | Maj General Chip Chapman

“Giving Ukraine more weapons will likely bring Russia to the negotiating table faster, with better leverage for Ukraine.”

With economic and political pressures mounting on Vladimir Putin, now is the time to provide Ukraine with the weaponry it asks for, says Major General Chip Chapman.

  1. The war will be over by Christmas if Trump is elected. He has already hinted he is prepared to withdraw support for Ukraine. As for Harris, does she seem capable? Can you imagine her as "Commander in Chief"? Either way, it does't look good for Ukraine.

  2. Times host slowly nudging that Kremlin propaganda into his questions. That's interesting.

"You know, should we even help? I mean, russia something something limitless something something inevitable…shouldn't we just negotiate? With putin? Who routinely violates his agreements?"

  3. Oh boy, "experts" promised that aready to end of 2022. And what's now? Russian production of conventional equipment is so high, that whole NATO cannot keep up. According experts, amongst high-grade US officers, this is even by factor 3 (!) Just one example: Lockheed Martin will raise production of Patriot missiles to about 600 per year. But Russia can shoot 4000 missiles for their S-Series per year. For artillery shells it's similar.

  4. The only thing we can be sure about in this war is that the people selling the hardware are doing very nicely along with the politicians they pay.

  5. Ukraine is fighting this war America only negotiates its way out of wars because they canโ€™t win them cost overruns America needs to stay out of the war because Ukraine is the one suffering from the attacks from Putin and they need payback to make Putin believe it was a mistake attacking Ukraine

  6. How would Russia even be able to defend themselves if say China invaded them? they must be so vulnerable a country that size with barely any reserves of equipment or manpower left to defend itself, and they lost most their military all for what?

  7. This channel is like a ๐Ÿšพfull of ๐Ÿ’ฉtalk about propaganda .๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ

  8. Putin is not joking…but he knows that if he uses nuclear weapons, there is no turning back. However, he prefers peace to war. Are they testing his patience?

  9. Why do you lie to your citizens? Why don't you tell them the truth and what is happening in Kursk? Do Ukrainians know that Kursk was a trap for their soldiers? Do they know that they are now surrounded and killed by Russian forces? Is Zelensky now comfortable watching his soldiers being killed?

  10. Putin is not gonna have any weapons left and I agree with the statement. If NATO lifts all the restrictions on their long range missiles, Russia is done, The Russian Navy is going to cease to exist, all of Putinโ€™s oil fields are gonna be torched by drones, and the only thing heโ€™s gonna have is his nukes.

And then Putins got China whispering in his ear, basically saying โ€œbuddy, if you go nuclear, we canโ€™t do business with you anymore and now everyoneโ€™s gonna have nuclear weaponsโ€

  11. Russia doesn't need weapons from Iran.
The Saxons means US andEU always create false narratives to dominate the world.
    Its over
The whole world now needs a new narrative and its there.

  12. pressure is mounting? this guy is an idiot , doesnt he know they have the largest arsenal of nuclear weapons, pressure is mounting to stop robbing EU and US tax payers for endless wars

  13. What is wrong with you, some 40 Countries supply ukraine with Weapons but you suggest it is completely wrong for one country to supply Russia.

  14. No, Russia will not run out of equipment within 18 months.
They would become heavily constrained they just don't do anything about the current trend however.
And doing something means very heavy investments in new military production, which would be even more devastating to the russian civilian economy given its already dire state. And even then, there might be some limits to what they could do given the reliance on imports.
It's just a matter of how much of the russian future they are ready to sacrifice to not lose this war…

  15. ha ha. Jackanory. The Russians are producing more ordinance and material than the US and NATO nations combined. This guy doesn't know what he's talking about. He should also know that the Russians have degraded the US GPS system meaning their current precision weapons are non longer as accurate. Idiot!

  16. So far they have mostly only resurrected / used conscripted prisoners/ dissidents, paramilitary mercenaries and Soviet era technology while refining their regular forces including Arctic trained troops in the backdrop ( as they did during Stalingrad operations of WW2). Underestimating an adversary may not be wise.

  17. The weapons depot hit by Ukraine using drones they produce for 500 bucks a piece , must have shook up Putin , if he is getting loses by drones , no wonder he is scared of the storm shadow ….
