  8. Different fighter/bomber just divides Ukraine resources. They need a larger fleet F-16s and qualified pilots and ground crews. A little bit of everything is Not the Way to Win.

  11. The Russians will say, Mirage jet fighters burn just as easy as all the rest of the equipment sent to Ukraine; Russia will seek out and destroy them, I wonder when the west will wake up and stop providing military equipment to keep a lost war going.

  13. Unlike what some have posted about aid packages being as if the NATO country who sent it was directly firing against Russian forces. Not really. You can do things as a humanity oriented action.
    If the Russians are going to be so temperamental, they should keep their own military behavior above the legal level.

  17. An additional fighter jet type will add logistics problems that make little sense if the advantages are not sufficient (including number of planes).
    For possible availability: total Mirage 2000 production 1978-2007 was in a 600 units range – F-16 since 1974 over 4'600.
    Important problem is pilot training – takes time even for pilots with other fighter jet experience.
