Maybe don’t color code for the coaches national flag. Color the bar based on length to make it easy to identify the long and short bars, or even by the clubs colours.
And you could order the clubs/rows in a meaning order, like by Country.
Reminds me of when Nintendo used to glitch out
last data point from 2021? This is hopelessly outdated. Given that the average employment for a manager is 16 months, that is 2.25 managers missing per club in 3 years.
