Double it.This is truly awful but it’s also a side effect of local authorities making it so difficult to dispose of bulk waste.I’m sure everyone has experienced the power tripping jobsworths at every recycle centre.I’ve found the bit why it keeps happening… “Fines have been raised to £1000”That’s shocking. Make the fine larger, add on the cost of clean up. Double it.
